Tree specializes in guiding teams and leaders through the intricate terrain of intersectional identities, organizational power dynamics, and internalized oppression. Tree guides values-driven leaders through a transformational process that liberates them from old paradigms and constant frustration, giving them new perspectives and orientations, new tools and approaches, and lots of support to be the systems change makers they want to be. Their holistic approach includes breathwork, movement/somatic release, and ceremony, music and dance, along with education, meditation, and transforming thought patterns through integration; inviting leaders to heal the internal wounds we all carry and walk fully in their power as changemakers.

Tree is also the Executive Director of Finding Resonance, an online community of Culture Crafters who enjoy support and camaraderie as we endeavor to create a culture of peace, justice, connection, restoration, and well being in our lives, our organizations, our communities, and beyond, TOGETHER.
